Custom Wood & Composite Decks

Multi-Level Custom Wood Deck with Lighting
in Whitby, On

We built this multi-level deck to create distinct zones for dining and lounging while managing the natural slope of the yard. Whether framing for pressure-treated wood or low-maintenance composite, we focus on deep concrete footings and proper joist spacing so your deck never sags or bounces.

Custom Deck Construction Details

Every custom deck we build is supported by proper concrete footings dug below the frost line to prevent winter heaving. We strictly follow municipal span tables for our structural joists to guarantee a rigid, bounce-free platform.

We build with premium pressure-treated lumber, cedar, and/or high-quality composite decking. If you choose composite, we install the proper hidden fastening systems for a clean, barefoot-friendly surface.

Decks that are attached directly to your home or exceed a certain height (often 24 inches) generally require municipal building permits. We will review your property, design, and attachment methods to let you know exactly what is required by your local building department.
